These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in and use of the Omega Media Pro (“OMP”) Live Transfer program. By purchasing an OMP plan, submitting payment, or using OMP Live Transfer services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in and use of the Omega Media Pro (“OMP”) Live Transfer program. By enrolling in an OMP plan, submitting payment, or using OMP Live Transfer services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. OMP LIVE TRANSFER SERVICE
OMP provides participating insurance agents with access to exclusive Final Expense live transfer opportunities. OMP handles prospecting and qualification prior to transfer. When a prospect meets OMP's qualification requirements and agrees to speak with an insurance agent, OMP attempts to transfer that prospect live to the participating agent. The number of transfers provided is determined by the plan selected at enrollment.
2. WHAT QUALIFIES AS A BILLABLE LIVE TRANSFER
A transfer is considered billable when: The prospect meets OMP's established qualification requirements;
The prospect agrees to be transferred to an insurance agent; and OMP initiates and completes the transfer to the participating agent.
Once these requirements have been met, the transfer is considered delivered and billable. A completed sale, application, appointment, or minimum call duration is not required for a transfer to be considered billable. OMP provides qualified sales opportunities. OMP does not guarantee that a prospect will purchase insurance.
3. DISCONNECTED CALLS & CONSUMER HANG-UPS
A transfer remains billable if a qualified prospect agrees to the transfer but subsequently:
Hangs up; Disconnects; Changes their mind; Decides not to continue the conversation; Does not answer a subsequent callback; or Chooses not to purchase coverage.
Following a completed transfer, the participating agent receives exclusive access to the prospect's lead and contact information and may follow up directly with that prospect. A consumer disconnecting after agreeing to a transfer does not, by itself, make the transfer invalid or eligible for credit.
4. TRANSFER CREDITS
OMP may issue a transfer credit when the agent did not receive a qualified transfer as defined by these Terms.
Examples may include:
The consumer explicitly stated that they did not want to be transferred;
The consumer did not agree to speak with an insurance agent;
The consumer did not meet OMP's established qualification requirements; or
A verified OMP-side technical failure prevented the transfer from being properly delivered.
A consumer's decision to hang up, decline coverage, change their mind, or discontinue the conversation after qualifying and agreeing to the transfer does not automatically qualify the transfer for credit.
All credit requests are subject to review and verification by OMP.
5. EXCLUSIVE ACCESS
OMP Live Transfers are exclusive.
Once a prospect is transferred to an agent, that agent receives exclusive access to the lead and associated contact information for continued follow-up. OMP does not simultaneously distribute the same live transfer to multiple OMP agents.
6. TRANSFER VOLUME & DELIVERY
Transfer volume is based on the plan selected by the agent. Transfer delivery may vary based on consumer availability, geography, licensing requirements, campaign performance, operating hours, technology, and other factors affecting live-transfer production.
Agents are responsible for maintaining accurate availability within the OMP system and being prepared to accept transfers during their selected or assigned transfer periods.
7. UNUSED TRANSFERS
Transfer allotments are associated with the billing period in which they are purchased. Unused transfers do not roll over into a future billing period. Any transfers remaining unused at the conclusion of the applicable billing period expire and do not create a cash balance, refund, credit, or future transfer entitlement unless otherwise expressly approved by OMP in writing.
Agents are responsible for maintaining sufficient availability to receive the transfer volume included in their selected plan.
8. RECURRING BILLING
All OMP plans are recurring until properly canceled.
Monthly Membership Plans:
Monthly Membership plans are billed upfront every 4 weeks and automatically renew every 4 weeks.
For purposes of OMP billing, a “Monthly Membership” refers to a recurring 4-week billing cycle and is not based on calendar months.
Weekly Pay Plans:
Weekly Pay plans are billed every 7 days and automatically renew every 7 days.
By enrolling, you authorize OMP and its payment processor to automatically charge the payment method provided for each recurring billing cycle until your plan is canceled in accordance with these Terms.
9. OMP ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT FEE
OMP plans may include a separately disclosed recurring OMP Account Management Fee. This fee covers ongoing services associated with maintaining and servicing an OMP account, which may include account administration, lead allocation, transfer routing and configuration, system management, account adjustments, and customer support. The applicable Account Management Fee will be disclosed before purchase and will recur according to the billing schedule of the selected plan.
10. DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONAL CODES
OMP may provide promotional pricing, discount codes, member pricing, internal-agent pricing, or other special offers at its discretion.
Discounts apply only according to the specific terms of the applicable offer and do not create an entitlement to future discounted pricing.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, expiration or cancellation of a promotional offer does not alter these Terms.
11. CANCELLATION — MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP
Monthly Membership cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the upcoming renewal.
If a cancellation request is received fewer than 7 days before the next scheduled billing date:
The upcoming 4-week renewal will still be processed; the agent will continue receiving the transfers and membership benefits associated with that paid billing cycle; and the cancellation will take effect before the following renewal.
Cancellation does not entitle the agent to a refund for a billing period that has already begun.
12. CANCELLATION — WEEKLY PAY
Weekly Pay cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the upcoming weekly charge.
If a cancellation request is received fewer than 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date:
The upcoming weekly payment will still be processed; the agent will receive the transfers included in that paid week; and the cancellation will take effect before the following weekly renewal.
Cancellation does not entitle the agent to a refund for a billing period that has already begun.
13. REFUNDS
Payments for OMP plans are generally non-refundable once the applicable billing period has begun. OMP may, at its sole discretion, issue transfer credits when a transfer does not satisfy OMP's qualification requirements as described in these Terms.
Transfer credits are not cash refunds and have no cash value unless OMP expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
14. AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Participating agents are responsible for:
Maintaining all licenses required to transact insurance in the jurisdictions in which they receive prospects;
Maintaining active carrier appointments where applicable.
Providing OMP with accurate licensing and availability information;
Maintaining reliable telephone, internet, computer, and related equipment;
Being available and prepared to accept scheduled live transfers;
Properly managing and dispositioning transferred prospects within the OMP system when required;
Following up with transferred prospects when appropriate; and
Conducting all insurance activities in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, and professional standards.
OMP is not responsible for lost sales opportunities resulting from an agent's failure to answer a transfer, maintain availability, follow up, maintain appropriate licensing, or maintain functioning equipment or connectivity.
15. NO GUARANTEE OF SALES OR RESULTS
OMP does not guarantee:
A particular closing percentage;
A specific number of insurance applications;
A specific amount of premium;
Commissions or income;
That every transferred prospect will remain on the phone;
That every prospect will qualify for an insurance product; or
That every transferred prospect will purchase coverage.
Individual results depend on numerous factors, including agent skill, sales ability, follow-up, availability, licensing, product availability, underwriting, consumer circumstances, and market conditions.
Past performance or average OMP results do not guarantee future performance.
16. TECHNOLOGY & SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
OMP relies on third-party telecommunications, software, artificial intelligence, internet, lead-generation, and payment-processing systems.
Temporary interruptions, outages, delays, or technical issues may occur.
OMP will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service and address verified system issues but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
17. BILLING DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
Agents should contact OMP promptly regarding any billing question or disputed charge before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Submitting a chargeback does not automatically cancel an active OMP subscription.
OMP reserves the right to suspend transfer delivery or account access while a payment dispute, failed payment, chargeback, or outstanding balance is being resolved.
18. PROGRAM & PRICING CHANGES
OMP may modify its plans, pricing, transfer structure, operating procedures, technology, benefits, or program policies from time to time. Material changes affecting an active recurring subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law before becoming effective.
Continued use of OMP services following the effective date of an applicable change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OMP shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from participation in the OMP Live Transfer program.
OMP's services provide sales opportunities and related services only. The participating agent remains solely responsible for all insurance recommendations, representations, applications, sales activity, carrier interactions, and consumer relationships occurring after transfer.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
21. CONTACT & CANCELLATION REQUESTS
Questions regarding an OMP account, billing, transfer credits, or these Terms should be directed to Omega Media Pro using the contact information provided on the OMP website or account materials.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through an OMP-approved cancellation method and are considered received only when successfully submitted and received by OMP.
